In 2008 we started TheGrandSocial.com.au since then its become Australia's leading online fashion stores. Over 65 full ranges from Australian designers, hundreds of items in the post at any one time and thousands of devoted fans giving our system a daily going-over.
By 2007 it became apparent to us that building online stores for fashion brands had a number of inherent flaws, that all boil down to a simple equation. If the store, its orders and enquiries are small enough for a brand to manage
themselves it isnt making them any money. When it starts to make them money they can no longer cope with the time and technical needs of a large scale operation.
To us the solution seemed simple, the brands have the
products and the wholesale experience, we know Marketing, Branding and E-Commerce. Lets share the risk and the reward create individual online business partnerships with the best australian fashion brands and build a system that takes care of the aspects of ecommerce that stop brands from growing online.
We give them their own online store which they brand and upload products to and manage the look and feel of using a CMS, we then aggregate all the products from all the stores to a central portal. and we run it all. Web build, postage & returns, customer enquiries, accounting, marketing and maintenance. We do what the Australian fashion community needs us to do in order to get their business online and selling.
Where customers can easily browse and buy from over 65 brands and 2000 items.
Return to TopBranding is one of the most important things to a fashion label.
Allowing them to control the look and feel absolutely and easily is one of our strengths.
Getting The Grand Social into the hearts, minds and hands of fashion lovers.

From Direct mail to Pop up stores The Grand Social mantra "taking australian fashion to you wherever you are" has rung out loud and clear.
The Grand Social system deals with hundreds of orders, returns and customer enquiries each week. As well as co-ordinating the payments of over 65 businesses.
If it only exists online, does it really exist at all? With this in mind we designed and built a permanent bricks and mortar store in Darlinghurst, Sydney to put into practice our theory that any online activity has to connect back with the real world somehow. Gaining trust from our consumers on new brands online is tough, but having the capacity to expose them to new brands in the flesh has been a huge turning point in our business.
