TONI&GUY McMahons Point has been making the residents and workers of the lower North Shore look fabulous and special for 13 years now. In this time the salon has gone from strength to strength, previously winning awards for 'Salon of the Year' and being highly commended in the L'Oreal colour trophy; to assembling a strong team of highly specialised and trained senior staff. The salon currently hosts two of TONI&GUY's academy trainers and two of TONI&GUY newly formed session team, who are responsible for the high fashion looks we create at shows. Salon owner Paulene Turnbull has been working in the area for 14 years. Her salon and skills have grown over this time until she has reached the levels of Art Director for Styling and Technical Director for colour and form services. With over 20 years experience in the industry she has dedicated herself to perfecting her form techniques with the Bio-Ionic services. She regularly travels to LA to top up her training and gain insight into the newest techniques; working closely with Fernando Romero, the creator of Bio-Ionic hair care. With her intensive study she has reached the level of master, completing her degree in LA with the top educators in America. Paulenes 'grass roots' approach to hairdressing takes each individual clients needs and home hair care regime into consideration while looking at their existing colour, cut and condition to provide the client with a tailor made look designed to maximize their potential.

Mandy Kingsman
Style Director
Mandy has been working at TONI&GUY McMahons Point for over five and a half years. She left to go travelling to Europe and worked for TONI&GUY in the UK for a year before returning to our salon. Now working in the salon Wednesday to Saturday Mandy has become involved in the education at our Paddington at our Paddington academy. She is also branching out to do more session styling work with TONI&GUY as well as doing her own session and photographic work.
Ben Bendig
Stylist
Our newest addition to the TONI&GUY team, Ben has recently finished his work at the academy to become a fully fledged stylist with TONI&GUY. His recent training has honed his precision techniques and provided him with a strong classical base. He is passionate about all aspects of hair, taking into consideration each clients hair condition and home styling techniques to provide a cut that is maintainable and fashionable. He has begun working with the TONI&GUY styling team and has recently worked on FACE Fashion Week, making the start of a promising career.
Madge Renwick
Head Technician
Directing the technical department, Madge has 17 years experience with TONI&GUY internationally. Having the longest experience working within the company, Madge has perfected her classic highlighting techniques to give her clientele lustrous, shiny and alluring colours.
Jonni Ward
Senior Technician
Jonni has worked with the company for many years and in this time has perfected his knowledge of the Wella colour palette. His passion lies with creating beautiful blonde shades and working with the latest fashion techniques. He especially loves the seamless colour blend of balliage highlights that give your hair a natural lightness and an ultra glamorous feel. His approach to colour takes into account your personal tastes, wardrobe, make-up and lifestyle to give you something tailor made to work for you.
