Our Stylist Alice is a master at wedding/upstyles and Jo our Technician is the best colourist on the Northen Beaches with no job too big and a sense of humour and easy going nature that ensures you to come away not only looking but feeling amazing!

Kristen our assistant, is here to wait on you hand and foot! She can advise and recommend the best shampoo, conditioner and other products to keep your hair looking healthy and looking great ans she can magically manage to keep the salon running as smoothly as possible while providing you with the relaxation and care you deserve when visiting us.

Hey, I'm Leanne, the Owner and Art Director of TONI&GUY Mona Vale. I didn’t start my life as a hairdresser, I actually worked in finance for around 16 years before having a quarter life crisis and decided I needed to travel the world and find a new career I was passionate about...which ended up being hairdressing!
I trained with a famous hairdresser in the UK and got my first break with TONI&GUY. I eventually moved to Australia two and a half years ago and was given the opportunity to buy into the Avalon salon which I jumped at.
This is a huge commitment and challenge for me and my previous life experiences really help. Having just relocated our Avalon salon now to
Mona Vale my ambition is to grow the new Mona Vale salon without losing the friendly atmosphere that myself and my team have created, whilst still giving the high standard of service that we are proud of. My team are amazing and I could not do such a fantastic job without them!

Hi, my name is Jo and I am the Technician for Mona Vale. I was born in Gove, Northern Territory and I am the first Australian in my family! Both my parents are from Birmingham in England and I have been lucky enough to have lived in various states of Australia.

I have worked for the Avalon salon for four years and really love the people and atmosphere, now that we have relocated to Mona Vale I'm looking forward to welcoming new clients and continuing to pamper our regular clients at our great new location.

I was born in South Africa & moved to Australia when I was 6 years old with my family to have a better life. I have now been working for Toni & Guy for 4 years and love it as Toni&Guy is such a great international company with so many job possibilities here and abroad. They have such a great reputation as the most innovative and highly skilled hairdressers, with an amazing ongoing training program.

I felt inspired from an early age & love making someone feel good about themselves
whether its just a trim or a complete makeover. I am very passionate about upstyles and love creating all different styles from soft to structured.

Hi I’m Gemma and I am a 1st year apprentice at Mona Vale. I travel from Mount Druitt to Mona Vale for work to get the best training from the Toni & Guy team. I have always had an interest in hairdressing and was determined to find an opportunity. I am getting quite well known around the northern beaches for my excellent head massages as I love making people feel comfortable and relaxed whilst getting a great service.

Hi my name is Jason fry I have been working for the company for 8 years working along side the greatest hairdressers in the world from Toni & Guys finest academy in New Oxford st London.

My greatest achievement and fondest passion is to teach, learn and be part of the prestigious super brand and the most awarded Hairdresser, Toni & Guy.

Hairdressing has been in my family for many years and this has inspired my artwork, my photography and to use my visual skills to create detailed fashionable looks from catwalk to client, from the UK to the AU. I look forward to working and achieving my life’s goals in the near future and to make an impact In the Australian hairdressing industry.
